Day trip to Little Moreton Hall and
Anderton Boat Lift and a meal of course!!
The day started with a guided tour of Little Moreton Hall. Then on to the Anderton Boat Lift, followed by a lovely meal at the Moorings Restaurant.
EVENING STROLL AND SUPPER
Walk around Pennington Flash, Supper and Quiz - in the Garden of Avis Freeman.

Trip to Mons Borinage our Friendship Link in Belgium
In April 2009 a group of Members and their Husbands went for a long weekend to Bruges, they had arranged to meet up with our Friendship Club of Mons Borinage, a wonderful time was had by all - President Phyllis (2008/09) is the correspondent with Mons and wanted to visit during her year as President.

The Leigh Club has several friendship links with other Soroptimist Clubs around the world with whom we correspond. We meet up with members from our friendship clubs at conferences and may attend their charter dinners or lunches. Pictured right Dolgellau Lunch at Portmeirion
